Dr. Darren Markland works in the ICU department at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. He is one of many who has been on the frontlines over the last year. He talks about the toll it has taken on his mental health, his proactivity to try and maintain a healthy outlook on life and shares an emotional story of one couple, who early in the pandemic, died within days of each other.
