In the first episode, we chat about what recording an EP (which included cohabitation with their entire band and producer over the course of a week in NYC) in the midst of a global pandemic was like, which theater productions stuck with them the most, and what forces were at work when they each made the decision to be in bands. We tackle such subjects as Mothman erotica, musical influences, the importance of acknowledging your roots, and (of course) chatting about the music they create. Each episodes features both a sample of a track from the band to kick off the episode, as well as a full-length song at the close of the interview.
