Day 46 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through 75 Hard  from Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in 75 Hard.

75 Hard Daily officially looks something like this;

  • Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
  • Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
  • Take a progress pic

Let's review how day 46 went for me;

    • Workout 1 -  Gym (Stationary Cycling)
    • Workout 2 -  Outdoor Walk 
  • Book I Am Currently Reading
