Day 17 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in the challenge. I also created a Kit for the challenge that can be found here.

The official challenge looks something like this;

  • Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
  • Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
  • Take a progress pic
