Day 5 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in the challenge. I also created a Kit for the challenge that can be found here.
The Challenge looks something like this;
- Eat Healthy, No Cheat Meals or Alcohol
- Drink 1 Gallon of Water
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
- Take A Progress Pic
