This devotional from President Hinkley to the youth of the church is one of my favorite!  In it he teaches the youth to overcome challenges and be successful in life by following the 6 B's:  Be grateful, Be smart, Be clean, Be true, Be humble, and Be prayerful.  I encourage you to re-read this talk several times and focus on improving one B at a time in your life.
