I love this talk!  I remember hearing for the first time and hoping that everyone in our stake was listening.  Brother Wilcox does an excellent job of teaching that the Lord loves us wants us to improve.  He has given us repentance as a process to help us change.  The Lord doesn't expect us to be perfect all at once but he does expect us to be persistent in our efforts to change, even if it means failing over and over.  This talk so clearly explains some common questions or misconceptions about repentance and our relationship with the Lord.
