The NBA implemented a rule in 2017 to combat teams sitting healthy players for "load management" during high-profile, nationally  televised games. That rule apparently doesn't apply to Clippers star Kawhi Leonard, who sat out Wednesday's showdown with the Bucks for really one reason — it was the first game of a back-to-back.
