What a joy it was to meet with Lindsay and Sowon, on this episode of the podcast. She joined the company in this role in 2015. Sawyer previously served as a founding Co-Chair of AMC Networks’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee, an internal group dedicated to creating programs to foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Through the committee, Sawyer spearheaded the development of nine Employee Resource Groups, served as a key advisor on corporate diversity initiatives, and developed mentorship and professional development programs.
