The 5th ST GYM Podcast begins with Patrick Healy of Brooklyn Boxing Podcast sitting in the ring alongside 5th ST owners Dino Spencer and Tom Tsatas.  Dino details the history of the gym which was originally home to Muhammad Ali and the Dundee brothers which have since passed the torch to Dino and Tom. 

Pat and Dino talk about the magic of the gym today and the people it attracts including the biggest stars in boxing that are in and out of the gym. Recently Teofimo Lopez arrived for a "Bad Boy Gloves" event and Tyson Fury arrived unannounced for the Christmas Party. The magic doesn't start and end within the fight game as celebrities such as Adriana Lima, Ludacris and Hulk Hogan all can be found on these hallowed grounds. 

Tom and Dino dive into stories of Muhammad Ali and their personal relationship with him. His larger than life personality lit up every room he was in. Even in his later years Muhammad remained enthusiastic about the fight game and would answer any questions about his iconic battles. 

Today the gym is filled with fighters such as Christian Thun, Noel Mikaelian, Luis Palomino and Daniele Scardina who is fighting for the EBU Title on Dazn tomorrow Feb 26. Everyone make sure to check out episode 2 with Daniele to learn more about him before the fight!
