In this episode we consider whether George Russell will finally get his long awaited promotion from Williams to Mercedes, or whether Valtteri Bottas will chance his way into another season at the front (or the back based off recent performances) of the Formula 1 grid. Russell joined the Mercedes junior programme in early 2017, the same year Bottas got his seat at Mercedes following the shock retirement of reigning Drivers Champion Nico Rosberg, who had been with Mercedes since it rejoined Formula One in 2010.
