#5amMesterScrum Show #450 Live - NO Managers in Retrospective and The Ultimate Disruptor SpaceX  - Today's topics:  (1) So I'm facilitating a retro (actually a few recently) and I allow a manger to attend and what I hear is "from what I understand" from the manager when I ask the team a question.  They totally don't get self-organizing, and (2) Industry Disruptors! SpaceX I would say is a Classic Disruptor in the Space Industry.  The gall of them to build a space ship in the open air swap of Texas. LOL
