Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide of the weekend and we both think it's a bit fishy. Considering he was just on suicide watch it just doesn't make sense.

Both being busy fathers we have to make time for our fitness. He's a morning guy and I like to workout at night. They both have there pro's and con's and we go over them.

Social Media has changed over the years and we go over what has changed and why we think people act so differently now.
