Today's guest is both an athlete and a chef, representing the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics and giving another star to Houston Texas. Chef Dawn Burrell is both our first female guest on the show and the first person to give an undisputed "Yes," to the age-old question "Do chips belong on a sandwich?" You may remember her from Chef Dom Lee's Sweet Tea Supper Club pop-up series, and now she's working on her own platform, PIVOT, to help fellow chefs deliver food experiences and promote staying home.
