The mentoring program focuses on respect, attitude, behavior, expressing yourself without calling names, staying away from gang involvement, eye contact and a firm handshake, the importance of reading and pronouncing words correctly, as well as many other things.  The importance of good school habits, staying in school, staying away from drugs, building self esteem, and respecting women is also a major focus.
