Heading into his 15th year of pastoring, Hal Hopkins had a healthy relationship with his congregation and his church was doing well, but something was different. He felt the Lord stirring something new within his heart. That restlessness turned into years of mentoring and guiding church planters all across PA/SJ and the nation.
