Tonight we’re talking about the relationship we have with ourselves.
So what do we mean by that? Well, having a healthy self-relationship means you have the ability and willingness to do four things:
- value yourself as a person
- embrace your strengths and limitations
- acknowledge what is in or out of your control
- recognize the positive and negative social forces in your life.
Which of those strikes the most fear or worry in you OR conversely, do you feel the best about and why?
