Kung Pao Chicken is a favorite and popular dish of China. It tastes sweet, sour, and a little spicy and it makes your mouth water. It is easy to make if you follow my step-by-step directions. 

Yield: 4 servings

Cooking Time: 1 hour 

Ingredients: 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast - cut into 1/2 inch cubes, 2 tablespoons white wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce , 2 oz hot chili paste, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 4 green chopped onions, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, and  4 ounces chopped peanuts.
