In order to fix the criminal injustice system. We have to fix the very system that allows law makers to be influenced by lobbyist and “special intere” Did you get that one “special interest” well unfortunately they usually don’t have our “special interest” in mind. :90 Federal vs State vs LocalIt's sort of an argument of which came first, the chicken or the egg. On the surface, the federal government and their ability to pass federal laws would seem to be one of the most powerful organizations in the world. Which is true. But contrary to popular belief. The laws that are directly black and brown people on a daily basis are usually coming from a state and local basis. For example recreational marijuana in California and Colorado based on state law means that individuals in these states will not go to jail for the same usage as they would here in Florida. Another example on a local level, some counties have a special ordinance against loud music, this is not a state or federal law, but local politicians have put these laws in place which disproportionately affect young black men. The same goes for sagging pants. I for one believe that state and local governments have a right to pass laws and or ordinances (which is usually superficial jargon) that are unique to their are and or territory. But what I am against is the blatant discriminatory agendas that many of these laws and or ordinances have against minorities. Therefore feeding the best known as the criminal injustice system. :30 Donald Trump Said What?:30 Take Em To Church: Malcolm X was a man that understood that in order to counter the oppressors, you must first understand why you are fighting. Government in itself is an institution which fuels a beast that rides the coattails of majority black and hispanic people. It's time that our government whether local state or federal starts fighting for us, not against us. :15 Ad spot: Download your copy of Dirty Negroes!
