In November 2023, the official climate conference COP 28 will be held in Abu Dhabi. The chairman of that conference is the CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. He is planning to increase the oil output of his company from 4 billions barrels per day to 5 billion per day by 2030.
He is not a climate hero. The conference is being run by the world's most egregious climate criminals in an attempt to conceal their ongoing crimes. We should not remain silent.
We can hold our own conferences, dozens of them, in parks around the world We can tell the truth and strategize openly about our plans to thwart the destruction of our biosphere. We should. This is a view of how and why we should hold these conferences.
