Often times we focus on the behavior we would  like to see or change, but we forget that there are thought processess and automatic responses that are at the backdrop of why we do what we do.  The behavior is the fruit, but it is the root that needs the attention to obtain more desirables and get rid of less desirables. We must be willing to check, question and challenge our thoughts to faciliate change.
