We are always in a hurry, we have too many doubts, too many thoughts, too many frustrations and we rarely have a moment of silence, a moment to be careful to enjoy the present. Disable the autopilot button on your lives and try to look inside yourself, listen to your inner voice, and be much more attentive to what is happening around you.
