• Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Washington Township. He opened the office in 2012 and has expanded from a starting sales team of six agents to nearly 400 agents.
• Regional Director of the Greater PA Region which covers three states (NJ, PA, DE) and consists of nearly 10,000 agents in 49 market centers.
• Investor in five other market centers inside the region.
• Investor who runs the Clidy Group, the home of his real estate team.

The Clidy Group began in 1999. John’s award-winning real estate team has sold 3,000 plus units and achieved more than $400 million dollars in sold sales volume since inception. As a real estate investor, John has flipped over 100 homes and holds over $7 million in real estate assets. Real estate wasn’t his only career. John Clidy retired as a Detective Sergeant from the New Jersey State Police, having given 17 years of service. He walked away, three years shy of

vesting a pension for life to pursue his dream. Today his KW profit share has surpassed his pension!! As the author of this book, John achieves another aspect of his dream: using his story to help others live a life by design.
