It seems to be a universal principle that loudness based in selfishness loses more times than it wins.
Being loud based on "look at me", seems to be a losing strategy.
Listening + empathy and partnership in conversation seems to be what wins every time.
Value is greater than noise. Value is actually becoming the new loud.
