When we let go and allow ourselves to just “be” we may think we are accomplishing nothing but yet the opposite is true. Imagine if we could do nothing and arrive exactly where we want to be. How would this truth change what you did each day or how you lived your life? In this meditation, let your thinking mind go and drop yourself into an awake and aware state of non-doing.
