2 cups of slightly thawed blueberries in a saucepanĀ
1 tbs lemon juiceĀ
1/2 tsp ground cinnamonĀ
mash lightly with a potato masherĀ
bring to a simmer, then add 230g plain white sugar. Bring to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into your jars.Ā
