Creative M Projects Founder Melissa Sharee speaks with GD "DINK" HENDERSON from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He started singing with his older brothers at age eight and received his first saxophone at age 10. He attended Booker T. Washington High School, Tulsa and became Drum Major of the “T-Connection” Marching Band. After graduation, Henderson was awarded a Music Scholarship to attend Texas Southern University where he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and later became Drum Major of the Texas Southern University “Ocean of Soul” Marching Band.
