The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu was in the news last week upon the release of an affidavit from a US court detailing his affiliation and alliance with drug traffickers raising obvious questions as to his character and credibility as a suitable President. 

The PDP G5 has also offered an indication that they might be prepared to offer a reprieve to the party's candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
