The infamous Black Monday has passed and Bears let go of Matt Nagy, Dolphins let go of Brian Flores, Vikings let go of GM Rick Spielman and Mike Zimmer Broncos let go of Vic Fangio and the Giants GM David Gentleman retires and Joe Judge was Fired.  

Thoughts on each of the firings?

Colin Cowherd recently made this observation.   Most of the teams in the Playoffs have offensive minded coaches.  All of the NFC head coaches in the Playoffs are Offensive and in the AFC 3 Defensive and one Special Teams coach.  Do you see the NFL trending away from Defensive minded head coaches and why?
