San Francisco 49ers CEO Jed York met with members of the media on Monday to discuss the firings of head coach Chip Kelly and general manager Trent Baalke. York  focused heavily on the need for the franchise to establish a "championship culture" to eventually top his ultimate goal of winning a championship. This will be the Niners' third offseason spent in search of a new head coach.
