This was a tough one to put out , I wanted to start this podcast to have open and honest discussion and the best way to start is with me!
Embarrassing as it my be porn addiction is a real thing and has effected me pretty much all my life .... taking this step to start the discussion is a step closer to me overcoming this. I hope my openness and honesty sparks the courage to face something that has been weighing you down.
