With all of the influx of people and huge companies relocating to Charlotte, it all creates a great environment for small businesses to start, grow, and flourish.  We were all shocked to discover, when we started our businesses, that "competing" small businesses don't feel like competitors - they feel like potential partners because there is plenty of business to go around.
