October is Coop Appreciation Month and Jon and Brian will talk a little about this.  There is also an update on the 4-County foundation and the milestone we've reached in the program.  In the second segment, they will be joined by two of our Customer Service Representatives (Betty Sue Davis and Tammy Sudduth) to get some insight into what it's like to interact with our members.
