- Write it down
- Then write: “Everything is figureoutable.”
- Then act like this was true
- Because it is….
Exercise 2:
- Write down your list of “I can’t”s.
- Seriously what “can’t” you do? Write a bunch of those down.
- Now…
- Cross them all out
- And re-write them with “I won’t…”
