Jessie & Bryan’s son stole the last two nights of sleep from them…and they feel horrible!  So why not discuss sleep on this episode?  People talk about sleep being a major pillar within your life, we would argue that sleep is the foundation that all pillars are built on. 

Want to take action?  Heck yeah!  Here is your next ACTION STEPS:

1️⃣ Try to have your last meal 2 to 4 hours prior to bed time.  Analyze how it impacts your sleep.
2️⃣ Journal when you went to bed & when your last meal was.  Then analyze how you feel in the morning.
