Jason Adkins grew up in the bible belt in Birmingham, Alabama. Right from the start, Jason never really "fit in" with his conservative community, but he didn't let that stop his heart from shining or his nature from being curious - very curious!
The challenges of growing up "different" can be extra tricky when you are living down South. Jason was drawn toward the magical, mystical and the other worldly at a very early age. Despite these topics being condemned as "witchcraft" or "of the devil," he repeatedly found himself in the metaphysical section of bookstores, voracious in his appetite to learn about the unseen worlds. Eventually, he was gently initiated into the world of psychic mediumship after his beloved grandmother passed in his early twenties. The passing of someone so close to his heart seemed to expand and ignite the abilities that he'd been keeping at bay for the sake of normalcy.
Soon Jason found himself hearing names, sensing information and knowing certain facts when around strangers and friends alike. Feeling compelled to share this information, he would ask permission to relay what he was receiving to the unsuspecting recipient. Confirmation after confirmation let Jason know that he was indeed channeling messages from Spirit and departed loved ones. This emboldened him to begin giving informal readings to groups of friends and strangers in intimate gatherings. The confirmations keep coming and the healing continues to flow, as he embraces this natural ability of being a living portal between worlds.
Jason jokes that he has "come out" twice: Once as gay, the other as psychic. Never one to go with convention, Jason - a skilled artist, began drawing and painting the Spirit and ET Guides of those who have reached out to him. Not interested in the "Ken and Barbie" style ETs (Pleiadians, you know who you are!), he prefers to capture the details and messages of beings who truly look "out of this world." This new practice has opened him up to a greater following of fans and friends, as the humans of earth begin to wake up to the reality of their cosmic cousins and galactic ancestry. Armed with humor, trained talent, raw ability and an open heart - Jason continues to emerge as a trusted vessel for Divine Messages from the many faces of our One Infinite Creator.
