Actress, singer, director, playwright, vocal and acting coach, minister extraordinaire Mrs. Karen Clark-Green-Cooks. I got lucky to catch her while she was in town to perform with her family the #GreenDynasty at Jazz In The Park. Which is an event she and her family have been producing for many years. Born into a family of baseball players Karen started working professionally at the tender age of 9. She studied voice at YSU and later University of Akron. We hit many topics ranging from motherhood, marriage, life as a black female opera singer, breaking boundaries, life lessons and purpose.
