Episode 38: Greetings All. James Major Burns here with the 3Rd Degree! Todays guest is local musician Alex Hines. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio where he was a student and graduate of THE Rayen High School. He later studied music at YSU with Dana School of Music. With skills for several instruments under his belt Alex has been most successful on the drums. Starting at a young age he would learn some skills from his big brother and start is career playing in church. Alex's family has a long history with music so being a part of his family legacy has meant the world to him. He has also added to the legacy a couple kids of his own ( Twin Boys). We discuss fatherhood and how being a new dad changed his life. Alex has played with/or behind multi Grammy, Dove, and Stellar Awarded artists. He's recorded over 30 live and studio recordings, musically director over 30 shows. He has coordinated countless shows from audio engineering to musically producing and directing.
