Todays guest is Aaron Marshall who is the Shrek Understudy and plays 3 roles ( Papa Orge/Straw Pig/Priest) on top of being a puppeteer for the dragon and a monk. He is also the vocal captain for the cast; a position he was given by our MD. We discuss leadership skills and what its means to have the ability to lead vs being put in a position of leadership while lacking these skills, future goals and accomplishments, and the what having a mentor has done for him.
