On television and radio Haynes forecast, the outcome of the last three United States Presidential elections three months before the elections took place. Haynes predicted the election of the President of France, Nicholas Sarkozy, in May 2007. In a letter to the editor of the Toronto Globe and Mail newspaper Haynes forecast, an arrest would take place in 1981 for the Atlanta Black Murders, and warned of an assassination attempt of Pope John Paul II in 1981.
