Quick outline of our conversation:Three suggestions to make your time working from home or away from the office less stressful and more productive.1) Have a schedule-use the whole...not just traditional working hours-consider starting your day with a short meeting...either by phone or text-factor in things like kids, husband/wife, roommates, workspace layout-know what's due each day2) Do something for you during this time-Workout-Professional development-Network...can't do coffee or a beer...but you can Facetime or do short calls to stay connected3) Communicate-Give or get guidance daily...stay connected to your team-Checkin on your people...well being and state of mind...don't work in total isolation -Let people know what you accomplished dailyBe sure to reach out if you have question or comments...stay safe...and stay sane
