Terry and Michael welcome back Mark Matlock to the show. Mark was the first ever guest on 37 the Podcast, on March 3, 2015. For many years, Mark served as president of Youth Specialties and he transitioned in 2016 to become president of Wisdom Works and work in an advisory role to many prominent Christian organizations in America, including the Barna Group. He serves on the board of the American Bible Society and is the author of numerous books, including Real World Parents, Ideas for Parents, and Raising Wise Children. Mark talks about what it takes to transition well and why it’s so difficult for Christian leaders.
