Today is a day where the world will discover that 7-year old Jaclyn Dowaliby is missing. The chilling discovery of her empty bedroom and missing comforter sends her family into a panic as they desperately try to find her. They make numerous phone calls, search the neighborhood, and ask neighbors if they know anything about Jaclyn's whereabouts. A frantic phone call is placed to the police department at 10:26 a.m. What happens next will change the course of events in the investigation of Jaclyn Dowaliby.
