Oftentimes, we look at the road ahead and are paralyzed by the possibilities. I’m guilty of it and we all are — in this podcast I spoke about how this mentality has helped in my 30s Now WHAT journey. I almost gave up on the idea.
Maybe you’re procrastinating getting to the gym. Maybe you’re questioning whether you should apply for your dream job or make the leap to move to a new city. Maybe you’re nervous about asking that guy or girl out, so you keep your distance. These are the moments when you have to… just do it.
Once you’ve started towards your goal, it’s so much easier to keep going. Getting started is truly half of the battle, and you can use that to your advantage.
Get into your gym gears, force yourself to get in the car to go to the gym, hit “apply now” on that LinkedIn job. JUST DO IT!
