Rashim is a Mental Health Counselor who helps children transition into a foster home. He is also a dedicated basketball player who uses his passion to help others succeed. As a community leader, Rashim mentors high school athletes transition into college. Rashim joins me today to share his experiences in each role.  He also shares a challenge he faced when he came to this country at the age of four from St. Thomas and we discover that we have a few things in common!
