According to a recent Forbes report, enlisted military members have one of the most stressful jobs in the country.

However, most of them are so competent and professional, it’s easy for them to underestimate the toll military life can have.

For that reason, I regularly encourage them to “ask your buddy how he’s doing–especially the “strong ones.” Ask multiple times if you have to. There are far worse things than being nosey.
