Dr. Chester Goad is a university administrator making the campus accessible for students with disabilities, and graduate instructor for Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN.
He is also a former K12 principal and teacher, former US Congressional staffer, author, and blogger. He is co-author of Tennessee's “Dyslexia Is Real” law and has presented on disability and leadership-related topics from Appalachia to Africa. He is a former Member of the Board of Directors for the Association on Higher Education and Disability and currently sits on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Postsecondary Education and Disability.
