Cultivating a Calm Mind 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge
DAY 15 – COUNT YOUR BREATHFocussing on your breathing is a quick and easy way to get you out of your head and into the present moment. It can also help reduce anxiety and increase focus and clarity. Here are a few different breath counting exercises you can try.
- Count each breath cycle up to 10
- Count for the duration of each breath and eachbreath cycle e.g. 1111, 2222,
- Count for the duration of the breath, e.g. in,2, 3, 4, out 2, 3, 4
