Welcome to 30 Black and Nerdy Podcast! Anime, Marvel, Therapy! Not exactly in that order. As one of the Hashira there is so much, we can learn from Anime and so many life lessons in animated and fictional media that I feel sometimes is taking for granted. 30 Black and Nerdy Podcast! My name is Rudy Wynslow, and I'm passionate about two things: mental health and Fiction. On 30BNP, I combine these two interests to create content that explores how anime can help us better understand and cope with mental health challenges.
