Erikka feels like kids should not get paid for having good grades, if that's the case her parents owe her some money. Nikki has a huge pet peeve with tips jars all over the place and Dr. E feels like if we are giving trophies to every one who participates then we should get rid of, The Olympics, The Super bowl and any other organized sport. I think everyone agrees that everybody should not get a trophy.
